During our 20 years of management, we have stayed at the forefront of data technology. We have custom built our own database program when there was nothing suitable “off the shelf”, purchased databases tailored for association management that were housed on our server, and licensed web-based databases. We have also worked through a variety of technology platform changes - from DOS to Windows and all the Windows platform upgrades (3.0, 95, 98, 2000, NT, XP, etc.) requiring changes to adapt the database. Most recently, we have adapted to the latest social media and social networking integrations. Through all of our experience and processes we are able to determine the best possible match between our clients and web-based technology that can assist them in achieving their vision and in providing member value.

Available Web Modules:

Members Only Section - Allows multi-level security for general membership, special interest sections, committees, and the Board of Directors. Pre-populates other forms for on-line registration, etc.

Profile Update - Allows you to offer your members a more expanded membership directory. This also allows for expansion of affiliate members buyer guides. This module works in "real time" - therefore, as soon as a member submits a change it is seen on the web.

On-Line Membership Directory - General members, Buyers Guide (vendor section), auto updates from Profile Update.

Personalized Broadcast E-Mail - fast, efficient member communications - cuts down substantially on mailing costs, etc.

On-Line Event Registration - payment processing, pre-populated fields for members, automated price changes i.e. early to regular registration prices.

Virtual Trade Show - We have developed VTF by BTF, our own Virtual Tradeshow Floorplan. This program turns an association’s PDF copy of the exhibit floorplan into a fully interactive tool with search functionality that highlights where exhibitors are located on the tradeshow floor based on product / service category or by company name. VTF by BTF is a value-added service for our full management clients.

On-Line Membership Registration & Renewal - available depending on complexity of your membership dues structure.

Virtual Learning & Web Conferencing
There are several virtual training and web meeting tools on the market. We will help you select the appropriate tool based on your needs.

Social Media Integration
